Game Storyline

You’re watching ‘Trick Or Treat’, a yearly Halloween-themed dating television show when suddenly, you’re teleported right next to the host, and are the one doing the dating! Choose between 2 girls to take out on a date, and depending on whether you make the correct conversational choices, enjoy some additional unlockable cutscenes!

Developer Notes:

I’m nosyph, the sole writer and developer for Trick or Treat. I created this across 5 days to be released on Halloween. I used this fast-paced creation cycle to both practice my development skills but also test out programs to use for rendering characters & scenes. Hopefully I can learn from this as my first proper ‘release’ and provide high quality content for you all! As such, all feedback is appreciated (just try to be nice please :>). Due to the time constraints of a release date on Halloween, I wasn’t able to finish the entire conversation tree for one of the three characters, Mia, in time, at least to a state which I would be happy with releasing. However, I don’t want to completely scrap everything for her, and since all images and videos of Mia have already been rendered, they will be available on the discord completely free until a future update when I have time to finish everything and put them into the game! I have created an additional in-game notice for this as well, accompanied by a discord invite just in-case the one on this page is invalid.
